  • Bailey Lewandowski (bailey@crosspointcc.org)

    Children's Ministry Director

My husband, Austin, and I have been “attending” Crosspoint since March of 2020 when services were moved online. We are blessed to be in a season of raising and shepherding little ones’ hearts in our home and at our local church. I never saw myself as a ‘working mom’ but thankful the Lord had other plans for me and our family as I oversee the Children’s Ministry at Crosspoint. It’s a privilege to get to walk alongside the next generation, the church of today, and their families. In my spare time, I love to spend my days outside, reading books, cooking, and spending time with my family.

  • Kent Hinrichsen (kent@crosspointcc.org)

    Student and College Pastor

I have the privilege to have married my bride Amber (Penick) Hinrichsen on Feb. 22, 2020. I am originally from Goodfield, IL and Amber is from Brimfield, IL. We enjoy adventuring outdoors and exploring different nature preserves and parks. After graduating from Eureka High School in 2014, I attended ICC for one year which is when I started attending Crosspoint. After my one year at ICC, I transferred to Moody Bible Institute and graduated from there in May 2019. While at Moody Bible, I fulfilled my internship requirement at Crosspoint during the summer of 2017. I’ve been doing ministry to youth and college students for over 5 years in Eureka, Chicagoland, and Northwest IN areas. I consider it a huge blessing to be called by God to serve in my hometown community.

  • Ashley Householter

    Custodian

I am excited to be a part of the Crosspoint Community team. My husband, Aaron and I have been attending Crosspoint since 2014. We have three children: twin boys, Rhett and Brooks, and a daughter, Kya. Aaron and I have been married for 12 years. In 2023, our daughter was diagnosed with cancer and we are truly thankful for our church family who prayed for us, blessed us with meals, and continued alongside us during such a difficult time in our lives. A lot of people know me as the horse gal. In my free time I love to be in the saddle. I’ve spent a lot of time competing in barrel racing and trail riding on the weekends. We live on a small farm with a pony, Oliver, our horse, Smokey, chickens, cats, and a cute puppy named Bonnie! I also love to camp, travel, and be outdoors with my kiddos. I’m looking forward to what God has in store as I take this time to serve as the new custodian.

  • Eric Pigman (bookkeeper@crosspointcc.org)

    Bookkeeper

    Please call me Pig.

Spending 24 years in the Navy has sort of changed my name.  I am a North Idaho kid, growing up in Coeur d’Alene, enjoying mountains, lakes, rivers, and snow, as well as other outdoor weather besides rain.  Yvette and I have been married since 2007, we have 5 children between us, ranging from 23-37.  We also have 2 granddaughters and a new grandson (Nov 23) who live in Champaign and visit frequently.  We started attending Crosspoint in the strip mall behind BP in 2008, and have been involved over the years with different parts of Crosspoint ministry. I have a Bachelors in Marketing, a Masters in Financial Services (MSFS), Charter in Philanthropy(CAP) and Financial Consulting(ChFC). I am a certified Financial Coach through Ramsey Solutions, and facilitate FPU once in a while. I enjoy bookkeeping, as I am the treasurer for 3 organizations in Woodford County, as well as a Commissioner for the Housing Authority, and currently employed as a Personal Financial Counselor for our military personnel in this region.  If you and your family are interested in having me sit down with you to go through finances, budgets, planning, etc, please feel free to ask me. Being asked to take over the role as bookkeeper for CCC was and is a blessing for me to be able to use my talents in a way that brings honor to God.

  • Dave Steinbeck  (dave@crosspointcc.org)

    Lead Pastor

Heather and I have been married since 1996. When we were dating in high school, she is actually the one who led me to give my life to Jesus. We are blessed with four kids, Maddy (our daughter) is married to Chris, and Eli (our son) is married to Hope.  We welcomed our first grandson, Greyson, in October 2023.  We both grew up around the Eureka area, and I graduated from Eureka College with a degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, I went to work at State Farm. In early 2001, God called Heather and I to start Crosspoint. Then in July 2007, after being at State Farm for nearly 10 years, I left to be the Community Life/Teaching Pastor at Crosspoint. I graduated with a Masters in Ministry Leadership from Rockbridge Seminary in the fall of 2008. Then in the spring of 2009, I moved into the role of Lead Pastor. In my spare time, I love coaching and watching basketball, working around the house, and spending time with my family and friends.

  • Becky Williamson  (becky@crosspointcc.org)

    Ministry Coordinator

My husband, Micah, and I grew up in central Illinois, raised our own 4 kids here, and are now learning to redefine our role as parents of adult children. Crosspoint has been central to our family's story of community and serving and Jesus-centered worship together for 20+ years now.  And though it wasn't easy to take that first step outside of our comfort zone, we couldn't have planned a better growth opportunity all those years ago.  Being a part of the Crosspoint family alongside our kids' school teachers and neighbors and shop owners in this community has brought so many Gospel opportunities, for which we are eternally grateful.  I  currently serve as Crosspoint's Ministry Coordinator, preparing for ministry alongside this strong team of Elders, Staff, and Volunteers (which is a true joy!).

  • Dave Wolfe (dwolfe@crosspointcc.org)

    Worship and Disciple Making Pastor

The “Wolfe-Pack” is new to the Crosspoint family and comes with a heart and passion for seeing the body of Christ work together to “make disciples who make disciples” in everyday life.  I serve as an Associate Pastor, overseeing worship and community groups, and together, Jessica and I bring 20+ years of full-time vocational ministry experience.  We have been married for 25 years and have four children: Dixon, Zach, Cade, and Karis.  In my spare time, I like to play golf and disc golf and watch Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers football.  We are honored and humbled to serve at Crosspoint and look forward to what God is doing and will do!
